What should I do if the tracking number I received does not work?

It may take 1-2 business days to register and/or scan the tracking number in the carrier's system. This may prevent or delay the visibility of your shipment, so please wait a full business day and try again.

 

Can I use different "Bill to" and "Ship to" addresses?


If you ship order(s) to an address other than the billing address of your credit/debit card, the order is subject to delays or cancellation. To prevent this, please make sure the settings and contact information of your method of payment are up-to-date when placing your order.

NOTE: The "ship to" address cannot be altered after the order has been shipped.

 

After I return the item, how long will it take to receive my refund?

We need to wait for us to receive the returned goods, and we will check it, usually within 24 hours, and we will return it through the original payment channel you used when you purchased it. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or financial institution. Returned merchandise is fully refundable as long as it is in the same condition as it was delivered. Depending on the condition of the item received (i.e. packaging damaged, water damaged, willful damage, signs of use, etc.), we reserve the right to refund a portion of the item or send the item back to you, but not refundable.
